What it does
Getnet connects physical and online payment acceptance with merchant systems across Latin American and European markets. Its products and commercial arrangements are localized, so a business starts with the relevant country team or the multinational sales team. A merchant agreement is needed to activate the chosen payment service.
Get Checkout offers three ways to collect on a website: redirect the customer to a hosted page, display an embedded payment form, or build a custom interface connected through an API. The last option gives the development team control over the checkout design.
In Spain, existing Santander customers can register through online banking or the Santander app. Credentials for the online-payment portal are provided when contracting Get Checkout, Get Social Selling or Get Link & Pay.
Examples of Spain’s published terminal tariffs
| Tariff | Main pricing terms |
|---|---|
| Básica | No fixed monthly fee. Domestic and EU consumer Visa/Mastercard transactions, and Bizum at a physical terminal, cost 0.40% + EUR 0.18. Other card categories have different rates. |
| Plana | Monthly bands start at EUR 6 for turnover up to EUR 500 and rise with sales. Above EUR 25,000, the charge is EUR 120 plus 1.50% of the excess. |
| Premium | Intended for annual turnover above EUR 200,000. Euro-area consumer Visa/Mastercard payments start at 0.30%, with separate rates for other card categories. |
These are Spanish offers, not a quote for a multinational checkout. For another market or a combined online and terminal deployment, specify the countries, channels and methods when asking for the processing, equipment and settlement terms.
