What it does
Ontop supports international contractor agreements, onboarding and payments. Businesses can use its templates or upload an existing signed agreement. Its current service is for contractors; it does not act as an employer of record for full-time staff.
Start with New hire and the contractor's country. For an Ontop template, choose the relationship: a three-party agreement, separate agreements through Ontop, or a direct contractor agreement with Ontop handling payments. Enter the worker's details and compensation amount, frequency and currency.
Contract Summary shows the model and monthly platform fee. Save a draft while terms are being reviewed: Review and sign contract ends the option to return to draft. You can invite a different signatory when needed.
For follow-up, open the worker summary in My workforce. The checklist separates invitation, account creation, identity verification and contract signature. It offers the relevant reminder or signing action at each stage. Steps follow a set sequence; workers without a contract finish after identity verification.
Commercial terms
Ontop charges monthly per contractor, with volume discounts and custom arrangements for larger teams. The pricing FAQ includes contract creation, payments, tax documentation and support, and states there is no setup fee. Review the charge in Contract Summary and the rates shown before a payment. The sales form asks about your company and international worker count to begin the conversation.
