What it does
Getsitecontrol combines website widgets and signup forms with contact management, email broadcasts and automation. Tags, segments, conditions and reusable sequences can connect an on-site signup to targeted follow-up messages.
Getsitecontrol connects the form and the messages that follow it. A lead-magnet widget can tag a new contact, deliver the promised material through automation and place the subscriber in a relevant segment. The same contact record shows interactions with widgets and emails, so the follow-up does not need to begin from a disconnected export.
Its automation building blocks include emails, tags, delays and reusable sequences. Entry triggers cover signup and segment membership, with store events such as orders or abandoned checkout also documented. A merchant can therefore distinguish a newsletter welcome from a purchase-related journey.
Billing has two dimensions: widget plans are per site with monthly view allowances, while email sends are purchased separately by volume. A Free widget plan is not an allowance of free email delivery. Multiple sites in one account share the selected plan type. Frequency controls and page-level targeting can keep a signup widget relevant to the page where it appears, as well as controlling its repeated display.
Widget allowance and email charges
| Plan | Monthly site fee in USD | Widget views | Email cost per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 10,000 per month | $2.00 |
| Pro | $19 | 100,000 per month | $1.60 |
| Pro Max | $29 | Unlimited | $1.40 |
Use Sign up free to create an account. A site can collect contacts on Free, but sending newsletters or automated messages still uses paid email volume.
