What it does
Sprout Studio combines photography CRM with bookings, contracts, invoicing, scheduling and client galleries. Its client workflow connects an enquiry with the selected package and subsequent shoot preparation.
Prepare the booking package, contract, payment and availability together in Sprout Studio. Blocked dates determine which sessions can be booked, so the public offer should reflect the studio's actual schedule.
One Page brings an assigned shoot's details to the team. Roles, feature permissions and default assignments control contributions. Give a contractor the shoot access they need; the client's portal serves a separate purpose.
Capacity to compare
| Plan | Active shoots | Photo storage | Users | Brands |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | 10 | 50 GB | 3 | 2 |
| Basic | 20 | 100 GB | 3 | 2 |
| Pro | Unlimited | 200 GB | 3 | 2 |
| Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Archived shoots have a separate unlimited allowance. Choose a plan when registering for the thirty-day trial; no card is required. The trial follows that plan's features, so select the scope needed for the intended booking and delivery work.
