What it does
Ghostfolio is an open source web application for tracking stocks, ETFs and cryptocurrencies across accounts. You can run it on your own server or choose the hosted Premium service. It records investment activity and portfolio composition rather than acting as a broker.
Ghostfolio suits people combining records from several investment platforms. Import transactions, organize accounts and view portfolio charts with dividends included in performance calculations. Transactions can also be exported.
Hosting choices
The project is licensed under AGPL-3.0. Self-hosting uses official container images with PostgreSQL and Redis, so maintaining the server and database is your responsibility. The hosted Premium option covers the application infrastructure and professional data-provider costs.
Use the repository instructions if you want to operate the software yourself. The linked demo offers a separate way to inspect the interface before choosing a hosting route.
Strengths
- Transaction records can be imported and exported
- Multiple accounts can be viewed in one portfolio application
