What it does
Giddh provides cloud accounting with journal entry, bank reconciliation, inventory and financial reports. Users can be assigned roles and date-range access restrictions.
A ledger-based journal-entry view is Giddh’s direct route into the accounts. Entries update account balances, while trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet and daybook reports provide different views of the records. For stock-related documents, barcode scanning can populate item details in invoices and purchase bills.
Access can be restricted by role and date range. That is useful when a reviewer needs a particular accounting period rather than unrestricted historical access. Define the permitted dates before inviting the reviewer. IP-address restrictions provide another access control.
The UK pricing information lists GBP 70 per organization per year for 40,000 transactions and unlimited users. Giddh also offers free educational access to students, teachers, institutes and coaching centers; this is a specific education offer rather than a promise of free business use.
Create an account with email or Google to begin. The signup page links to Windows and Mac applications and offers iOS and Android support as well as browser access. Business plans include a trial route, so check the selected regional package when setting up an organization.
