What it does
Numbr combines note-taking and calculations, with variables, line sums, currency notation and a browser extension.
Numbr evaluates recognised calculations among explanatory text in its web app or Chrome extension. Use # headers and colon labels to structure a worksheet; total or sum adds results only as far back as the nearest header. Variables use = and are case-insensitive, including names with spaces. Clicking an answer copies it, and Alt+Enter carries the current answer to the next line for further working. The docs accept currency symbols or ISO codes and describe hourly exchange-rate updates, including cryptocurrencies. Sharing copies the current address. Review the figures and notes included before passing that link on, and keep currency calculations separate from a promise of an executable market quote.
