What it does

Pympress is a dual-screen PDF presentation tool. It shows speaker notes, current and next slides, and supports embedded media through VLC or GStreamer integrations.

Open a Beamer or LibreOffice PDF and keep notes, the next slide and the timer on the presenter display while the audience sees the slide. If the screens are reversed, the documented S shortcut swaps them; notes position can also be overridden. Embedded audio and video need the appropriate VLC or GStreamer integration. Rehearse with the actual PDF and playback setup, especially when the presentation depends on media.
