What it does
Passy is a password and private-record manager with offline storage, device synchronization, autofill and an optional cloud-sync offering.
Passy separates its offline vault and manual synchronization from the optional Passy Cloud service. Its README lists passwords, notes, payment cards, identities and two-factor codes as record types. Choose the sync arrangement before connecting devices, then retain a separate backup. The manual route and automatic hosted syncing have different convenience and operating requirements. Browser integration is part of the same project rather than another independent vault.
