What it does
Vesper Icons supplies TableCheck’s original webfont drawings through a vs class prefix. Its usage follows Font Awesome 4 modifier conventions for effects such as sizing and spinning. The font, CSS/code and documentation use separate OFL, MIT and CC BY licences.
An interface that already uses Font Awesome 4-style modifiers can apply those conventions to Vesper’s original drawings. Use the vs base class with an icon name such as vs-ninja; the example combines vs-butterfly with fa-3x and fa-spin for size and motion. This makes Vesper a focused option for maintaining a class-based webfont interface.
The project is a public preview, and icons may change or disappear even in a small version update. Pin the version and compare affected controls before upgrading. Extending the actual font involves a more demanding workflow: the documented design process uses the paid Type 3 editor on Windows. The font is under SIL OFL 1.1, the CSS and code under MIT, and the documentation under CC BY 3.0.
