What it does

Lemuroid is an open-source Android emulator frontend based on Libretro. It includes game scanning, touch controls, gamepad support and automatic state handling.

Scan a folder of permitted game files, then adjust touch-control size and position for the device. Lemuroid’s Android integration is the main distinction from configuring each emulator separately. System support comes through the included cores, so check the relevant one before expecting every title to work.

Strengths

  • Configurable touch controls
  • Gamepad and Android TV support

Best for

  • Organizing a multi-system retro collection on Android
