What it does

Gmelius is a Gmail-based platform for team email. It offers shared inboxes, shared Gmail labels, shared drafts, email notes and mentions, delegation, templates, custom views and email analytics. AI agents read incoming mail, gather context and act across connected tools, with Meli described as an AI Chief of Staff that holds client and process context. Shared labels let teams assign emails, change statuses, add tags and view work as kanban boards, with optional Trello sync.
