What it does
GoCanvas captures frontline information through mobile forms and sends it into reports and operational workflows. Work Hub brings dispatched jobs and active submissions into one place for the people coordinating work.
GoCanvas has three ways to pass work between people. Dispatch sends a prefilled job to a worker. Workflow transfers a form at a defined stage, such as supervisor review after an inspection. Assignments lets permitted users reassign, release or claim a submission while it is in progress. Administrators and designers configure assignment permissions.
Send an individual job
Enable dispatch for the form, then open Work Hub > Create Dispatch > Create New. Choose the form, enter a dispatch name and description, and select an assigned user. Immediate dispatch sends the job now; scheduling also places it on the calendar. On the next screen, fill at least one form field and select Create Dispatch. The job appears under In Progress.
The notification toggle controls whether the assignee is alerted. GoCanvas sends a push notification if their last use was in the mobile app, or email if they last used the Windows or web client.

Published subscriptions require at least three users and annual billing. Forms and submissions are unlimited across these plans. To try GoCanvas, submit the trial request and arrange the activation call with a product specialist. The working account uses email and password, with other sign-in options available.
