What it does
GoCharting combines technical charts, order-flow views, watchlists and custom indicators in a trading workspace. Footprint charts show traded activity inside each price bar, while market profiles and depth-of-market views offer other ways to inspect volume and liquidity. It has browser, iOS and Android access, with a lasting free plan and paid upgrades.
GoCharting is useful for examining the trading activity behind a price candle. Select Cluster Charts from the chart-type menu to open a footprint view, then use the gear on the chart legend to choose the data and colours. Available measures include traded volume, buy and sell volume, and their difference, called delta. Right-clicking a cluster chart opens presets, so you can start with a defined display before adjusting individual settings.
Save a chart arrangement through the SAVE button on the bottom bar. Save as New Layout gives the current setup a separate name; Make a Clone copies it for further changes. The chart layout keeps its drawings and indicators, while the account profile stores broader preferences such as themes and watchlists. This makes it practical to keep several views of the same market.
The Free Forever plan requires no credit card. Paid access adds capacity and advanced analysis features, and the plan selector separates India, USA, and Crypto & Forex. Choose the market first and check the specific data feed and tools included with that selection. The website also offers a seven-day premium trial without a card.
Lipi is GoCharting's language for custom indicators. Broker execution uses a separate connection, so a charting subscription should be assessed alongside the supported broker and market-data arrangement. A footprint describes completed trading; the depth-of-market display concerns orders currently visible in the book.
