What it does

GoDataFeed transforms store catalogs into shopping, advertising and marketplace feeds. Rules run again as product data changes, while validation and channel diagnostics help identify rejected or incomplete listings. Merchants can manage feeds themselves or use a managed service.

Fix a recurring feed problem

In the feed's Rules page, select the plus button and name the rule. SET identifies the field to change; TO supplies a value or another product/feed field. Choose all products or add conditions for a subset, then Save.

Preview shows the transformed data, but does not replace validation. Choose Compile to run the checks, then View Alerts to inspect affected products. Errors exclude those products from the output. A rule that appends a color to a title will run again when the catalog is imported, avoiding another manual edit.

After submission, channels with feedback APIs return their verdicts. File-only destinations show submission and validation status, so a completed export alone does not prove the listing was accepted.

Plan costs and account access

The calculator's 1,000-SKU example shows Plus at USD 99/month before additional selections. Extra paid-advertising feeds cost USD 29 per channel/month; marketplace feeds require Pro or above and cost USD 99 per extra channel/month beyond the allowance. Extra catalog syncs, import filters and managed services are separate options.

A 14-day trial and expert onboarding are available. Feed management uses a customer account. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel in My Account before renewal. Standard cancellation takes effect at the period's end, without a partial-period refund.

Strengths

  • Persistent rules reapply catalog corrections on later imports
  • Compiled output can be inspected before submission

Watch out for

  • File-only channels lack the acceptance feedback available through channel APIs
  • Marketplace feeds require Pro or higher

Best for

  • Merchants maintaining catalog rules and following up on channel rejections
