What it does
GoFormz turns existing documents or blank layouts into forms for mobile and browser collection. A reusable template defines the fields; a Form Journey controls transfers and approvals.
Start on a computer by creating a Template. Upload an existing document or use a blank layout, then check the detected fields and adjust their types, names and formatting. People fill out copies of that template as Forms, including through the mobile app when offline. Browser links provide another collection route. GoFormz does not export a template as a fillable PDF for use outside the platform.
Follow the form's progress
Without a custom journey, submission changes Draft to Completed. A custom journey can also use Pending for a transfer or sending step and Out for Approval for a review decision. The Forms tab has Assigned to me and Approval needed filters.
To correct a completed form on the web, open it in Forms, then select Form Actions > Reopen. It returns to the default Draft-to-Completed route; it does not repeat its custom journey. Associated workflows may still run again when resubmitted.
Starter is a monthly or annual subscription for up to 10 users and 30 templates, with unlimited internal submissions. Enterprise is quoted for larger teams, advanced reporting and additional integration needs. Account registration is required. GoFormz's trial gives you 14 days to explore the service before providing a credit card.

- Reopening bypasses the previous custom journey, while resubmission may rerun associated workflows.
- Templates cannot be exported as fillable PDF files.
