What it does

Gravity Software keeps multiple companies in one accounting database, with intercompany accounting, consolidated reports and bank reconciliation. Its Microsoft Power Platform foundation connects finance work with Microsoft reporting and automation tools. Annual subscriptions vary by user type and existing Microsoft licences.

Gravity Software combines a shared multi-entity ledger with bank matching, payables and consolidated financial statements. An investment subledger is available for related activity. Its Microsoft connections include Power BI reporting and Power Automate workflows.

Work through bank activity

Gravity's Bank Matching Screen suggests matches using amounts and relative transaction dates. Review and approve the proposals, handle exceptions manually or link a single bank deposit to several recorded transactions.

When a movement has no corresponding entry, create a journal or applicable payable or receivable transaction directly from the bank activity. Bank rules can use words, amounts and bank accounts to create recurring entries. Apply the rules manually or automatically, then process results in bulk.

A user sees the companies and accounts covered by their permissions. This matters when one finance team works across several entities in the same database.

Subscription options

These US-dollar monthly amounts apply to annual subscriptions:

Licence route First full user Additional full user Five-entity module
Starter US$375 US$275 US$100
Existing Power Apps US$355 US$255 US$100
Eligible nonprofit US$210 US$135 US$75

Starter includes the required Microsoft licensing. Existing Power Apps pricing assumes those licences are already held. Qualified nonprofits obtain the Microsoft licences directly and must meet the stated eligibility rules, including at least half of total group revenue coming from nonprofit entities.

Read-only and module-specific users have separate rates. Implementation, integrations and advanced functions add to the core subscription. For example, AP Automation costs US$0.29 per transaction and the ordinary Fixed Assets add-on is US$100 per month.

Prepare the Microsoft environment

Gravity runs in a supported browser and requires an internet connection. Before the demonstration, identify the full, read-only and specialist users, the companies to consolidate and the Microsoft licences already held. Those choices determine the appropriate subscription and implementation scope.
