What it does
Gomag combines storefronts, catalog tools, Romanian payment and courier connections, and order management. Paid plans vary in catalog capacity, Gobots automation and API access.
Phone orders can sit alongside web purchases in Gomag. Open Comenzi > Adauga o comanda noua, select an existing customer or create one, and add products and quantities. Complete delivery and payment details, then choose Salveaza modificari; the new order appears in the order list.
For a larger order, the Products tab accepts a TSV or XLS file with up to 100 products. This adds order lines, not catalog entries. Payment choices depend on the payment apps already activated and configured. You can also split selected items into another order.

Advanced includes three Gobots, Elite ten and Enterprise 25. Elite and Enterprise include API access. Longer payment terms and introductory campaigns change the offer. Order volume also affects the bill: above an average of 350 orders a month over the preceding three subscription months, each further 350-order block adds EUR 67 a month; higher-volume increments may differ.
An administrator account is mandatory. The free trial is temporary: continued platform use requires a paid subscription, and access stops if you do not continue after the trial.
