GoNoodle can support a planned movement break or a subject-linked activity. The homepage also highlights exercises about recognising feelings and adjusting behaviour. Select a video for the purpose of the session, make enough space to move and discuss the idea afterwards. Some grown-up sections explicitly ask children to involve an adult before entering.
