What it does
Goodreads helps readers track books, organize shelves and see what friends are reading. Readers can publish and discuss their own reviews.
Create shelves that distinguish books you own from books you merely want to read; that makes the list useful when choosing a library loan or a purchase. Friends’ reading activity can provide a more personal route into recommendations. Goodreads is a discovery and tracking community, so a book record does not itself provide the full text.
