What it does
Google Fit organizes activity information from phones, watches and connected services. It presents activity goals through Heart Points, alongside activity history, progress views and connections with supported fitness apps and devices.
A useful first step is to check the connected-app list for the services you already use. Bringing those records together is a different task from recording every activity manually, and it helps establish what information will appear in Fit.
The service uses Heart Points as one way to organize activity goals and also provides coaching tips based on recorded history. Treat those views as a way to follow activity rather than as an assessment of an individual health condition. The official page links Android and iOS downloads, so check the current device route that applies to your phone.
