What it does

GoPlus offers token checks, transaction-monitoring tools and security data for crypto applications. Its developer API has a free allowance of 150,000 compute units per month, with paid monthly packages for larger workloads.

A token-contract report and a simulated transaction answer different questions. The first describes properties such as minting permissions, transfer restrictions or modifiable taxes. The second examines a proposed action. Choose the relevant GoPlus tool rather than treating one result as a blanket safety verdict.

For a token check through the API, the connection used by other software, supply the blockchain’s chain_id and the token’s contract address. Read each returned field according to its definition. For many risk flags, 1 means present, 0 means absent and a missing value means unknown. Closed-source contracts and changeable proxy contracts can leave parts of the assessment unavailable.

A tax value of 0.01 means one percent, while an empty tax field can mean the value is unknown. Some anti-bot or trading-cooldown mechanisms interfere with the simulation. An apparent inability to buy or sell therefore needs its accompanying context, not just a copied red or green label.

The free API allowance has three limits: 150,000 compute units monthly, 30,000 daily and 150 per minute. These are compute units, not a promise of the same number of requests. The Test package is $199 per month for six million monthly units; Beginner is $399 for sixteen million.

GoPlus does not offer a single download of its entire token dataset.

Strengths

  • Separate checks cover phishing websites and suspicious addresses
  • Signature decoding helps applications explain signing requests
  • Transaction simulation is available for Solana and Ethereum-compatible networks

Watch out for

  • Unavailable fields must not be interpreted as a clean result
  • Some token mechanisms can interfere with simulated trading checks

Best for

  • Developers adding qualified token-risk information to an application
  • Readers examining contract permissions behind a warning
