What it does
Granatum manages business cash flow, bank reconciliation, payables and receivables, with document attachments, reporting filters and budget scenarios. The business subscription includes unlimited users and a seven-day trial.
Granatum groups day-to-day financial entries with documents, management reports and budget planning. Categories, cost centers and tags let a business examine a specific project or department as well as its overall cash flow.
A project budget is a useful starting point. Open Planejamento → Orçamento, select Criar Orçamento, and give it a recognizable name and period. Choose the bank accounts, cost centers and income or expense categories to include. Parent categories give a shorter view; the full hierarchy adds detail.
Save that structure, then enter the planned amounts. If previous-year entries exist in Granatum, the history-copy control can use them as a starting point. It does not appear without historical data. Visualizar orçamento shows monthly progress and the balance between planned income and expenses. Check both sides: lower spending does not compensate automatically for missing revenue.
The business service costs R$396 per month. Its published offer includes unlimited users, bank accounts and file attachments. Service-invoice issuance has separate conditions to confirm with the team; unlimited boleto or Pix receipts should not be read as a promise that every payment-related service has no fee.
Register for the seven-day trial. Assine Agora opens the subscription page, where payment can use a card, boleto or Pix. Paying before the trial ends preserves the unused trial days. Card payments renew automatically, and the automatic charge can be cancelled inside the system.
For integrations, Granatum offers a REST API with access tokens that can be replaced or revoked. Granatum Pessoal is a separate personal-finance product, so its terms do not define the business subscription.
