What it does

Gravitus records strength workouts, exercise history and personal records. It supports programs, templates, rest timers and mobile or watch logging, with optional Pro analytics and in-workout tools.

Previous-session numbers are visible while logging a set, which makes the next workout easier to compare with the last one. Programs and templates can carry that structure forward, and personal records are identified as sets are entered. The app supports Android, iPhone and Apple Watch.

The free level includes logging, history, programs and rest timers. Pro adds deeper date-range and muscle analysis, estimated repetition-max tools and plate-loading or effort views inside the workout. CSV import offers a route for an existing history, so starting the app does not necessarily mean abandoning older records. Check imported entries before relying on the resulting charts.

Strengths

  • Previous-session numbers support comparison during logging.
  • CSV import can bring an existing workout history into the tracker.

Watch out for

  • Deeper analytics and the full in-workout toolset require Pro.

Best for

  • Strength trainees who want detailed set logging and comparisons over time.
