What it does

Greenhouse connects applicant tracking, sourcing, interview scheduling and hiring feedback. Interview kits and scorecards organize assessments, while Notetaker helps interviewers revisit the conversation. Core, Plus and Pro packages are quoted for the organization’s hiring needs.

Greenhouse Notetaker records consenting candidates on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. It turns the transcript into notes linked to scorecard questions, with timestamps for checking the conversation. Add relevant notes to Key Takeaways, then write your own assessment before the debrief. Candidates can withdraw consent, and permissions restrict access to recordings and notes. A Site Admin chooses retention, up to a maximum of sixty days.
