What it does
GreenRope combines customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation and operational tools. Its opportunity paths give different products or services their own sales phases and checklists. Subscriptions vary by contact count and require a separate setup package.
Build a GreenRope opportunity path for the service being sold, then define what must happen at each phase. A checklist can make a proposal review or customer handoff part of that path. Products and custom fields add the details specific to the deal.
Use the Kanban board to move opportunities between phases and open an individual deal's progress. Phase entry can trigger a workflow or journey; a stagnation rule can trigger follow-up after a contact remains in one phase for a chosen number of days. For example, separate a newly sent proposal from one awaiting a response beyond the team's follow-up window.
GreenRope prices accounts by contact volume with unlimited users. New accounts also require a non-refundable setup package, so include onboarding in the initial budget.
Book a demo to arrange fourteen days of evaluation. Starter allows 500 contacts and Essential 2,000; both include all features, unlimited users and unlimited emails. Nonprofits can ask about the separate GiveBackCRM program when discussing access.
