What it does
Hailey HR brings employee information, contracts, recruitment, onboarding, time off, reviews, and pay preparation together. Its workflows assign tasks and reminders around employee dates or recurring events.
Start a workflow from an employee-related date or an annual recurrence, then limit it by organizational area or employment type. Assign steps to individuals, teams or workgroups and set deadlines for reminders. The overview filters ongoing and completed processes and helps locate work assigned to absent colleagues. Staff can complete tasks in the mobile app, Microsoft Teams or Slack. An employment anniversary could therefore trigger a manager's review task without creating it again each year.
Hailey sells the whole platform for a company-specific price based on active users. Billing is monthly in advance, with one month's notice and no minimum contract term. The package includes recruitment, employee records, reviews, time management and reporting, so a quote should reflect the number of people who will actively use it.
Keep your payroll system: Hailey prepares employee and absence changes for export or a connected transfer, while the payroll run takes place elsewhere. Administrators control data access, and the service supports sign-in through Microsoft, Google or Okta.
