What it does
HappyOrNot collects brief feedback through smiley kiosks, QR and NFC signage, and digital touchpoints. Its platform combines location and time context with follow-up choices and feedback reporting. A custom quote covers setup and an annual subscription for the chosen collection points.
A smiley rating can identify a reaction without explaining it. On HappyOrNot's Smiley Touch, Smiley Sign and Smiley Digital, add follow-up options after the main question to collect that reason. Positive and negative ratings can lead to different questions and options, or follow-ups can appear only for negative feedback. A service counter, for example, could ask which part of the visit prompted the rating.
Up to two follow-up questions are available, each with two to six options. Custom question text can contain up to 85 characters. Preset options include translations for supported languages. Read the results through Top follow-ups in Quickview and Pain points and highlights in Details.
