What it does
Happy Returns combines a branded return-and-exchange portal with reverse logistics and its Return Bar network. Retailers can offer several resolutions and return methods. Merchant access begins through a sales enquiry, which Happy Returns reviews for fit.
Shoppers enter their order details, select items and reasons, then choose an exchange, credit or refund where offered. The portal can provide a QR code for store or Return Bar drop-off, including an Apple Wallet pass. Box-free, label-free handling applies to those in-person routes; mailing remains a separate option.
Retailers can offer a store-credit bonus. Shopify stores can also use Return Shopping to encourage a new purchase. Dashboard reports cover return methods, reasons and shopper feedback.
The retailer enquiry form is aimed at enterprise businesses. Submit the company details for the sales team to review before arranging the merchant setup.
