What it does

Harri is a hospitality-focused people platform spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce scheduling, timekeeping, engagement and development. Mobile tools connect managers and frontline staff around shift changes and team communication.

Harri brings hiring and day-to-day staffing together for hospitality operators. Its mobile tools let managers publish schedules, edit shifts and respond to change requests; employees can check the week ahead and request swaps or time off. Managers can also review request histories. That helps when a restaurant needs to replace one shift without losing track of earlier changes.

Team messaging has practical controls: managers can restrict who sees or replies to communications and check which employees have read a message. Demand forecasting draws on point-of-sale data, weather, events and seasonal patterns, while scheduling considers employee availability and historical store information. Check how those inputs match your own locations before relying on a generated schedule.
