What it does
Harver combines candidate assessments, hiring automation and interviews. It offers work simulations and job previews, with assessment reports also used for employee development.
For a contact-center vacancy, select the relevant live-chat, typing or spoken-language assessment. A realistic job preview can help applicants understand the work before continuing. Harver can compare results with other job profiles, so examine the requirements of a suggested alternative alongside the original vacancy. Development reports can also be customized around company values for internal mobility discussions.
Recruiters receive an administrator invitation and activate their account by setting a password. Tell applicants to finish a section before pausing: Harver saves completed sections, but leaving halfway through loses that section's progress. Submitted answers cannot be changed through the normal application flow.
Request a proposal specifying assessment scope, recurring charges and any setup services. Harver's published platform terms place licence and one-time fees in an order form. Because that document is dated 2019, confirm the current commercial terms for the particular product being purchased.
