What it does
HelloChinese combines a short-lesson Chinese curriculum with speaking, writing, vocabulary, grammar and native-speaker videos.
HelloChinese gives a beginner several connected tasks rather than vocabulary alone. Practice the lesson, use speech recognition for pronunciation and return to character work when reading or writing causes trouble. The native-speaker videos add another kind of listening. Keep these activities within the same topic so that recognizing a word and using it reinforce each other.
