What it does
Pebl, formerly Velocity Global, employs staff locally for clients through its employer-of-record service. It combines payroll, benefits and international workforce administration. New hires receive an account invitation before their employment agreement, and UKG Ready users can connect supported hiring and employee updates.
A candidate's invitation creates their Pebl profile; it does not disclose salary or replace the employment agreement. The candidate supplies onboarding documents and banking information, then receives employment terms separately. Keep these two messages distinct when explaining the process to a new hire.
For UKG Ready customers, setup is assisted and restricted to qualified accounts. Hiring data enters Pebl from UKG Ready. Supported profile updates return after contract signing, and supported time-off changes travel both ways. Check the direction and hiring stage before expecting an update to appear in both systems.
Employment fees
Employer-of-record access has a monthly per-employee fee. The package includes the employment platform, reporting, integrations and support from hiring through offboarding. Request a country-specific quote for the proposed hire. Benefits access is included in the service description; this does not establish that every benefit premium is included in the platform fee.

- The UKG Ready integration specifies which data moves at each hiring stage
Watch out for
