What it does
Marvin centralizes customer research and supports collection, analysis and sharing. Its platform includes research interviews, cited answers, themes, highlight reels, clips and reports.
The Ask AI bar changes search scope according to where you use it: within a file it searches that file, within a project it searches the project, and from Home or Projects it can search the wider knowledge base on eligible plans.
Ask a concrete question such as which onboarding steps customers struggled with. The first Quick Answer is provisional and has no citations. Wait for the full response, then follow its inline references to the interview, survey response or other material behind a claim. Answers can feed into Insights reports, while clips and highlight reels offer a way to share the relevant moments with colleagues.
The ongoing Free plan includes core features without a credit card, with Ask AI limited to one project at a time. Paid Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans allow broader search and add different integrations, analysis and administration features. Contact Marvin for paid pricing.
AI-moderated interviews and live intercepts sit in a separate AI Research Suite add-on for paid plans. Advanced Ask AI is an Enterprise feature; choose the plan around the research you need to collect and analyze, as well as the number of people who need access.
