What it does
HeyOrca gives agencies a separate social calendar for each client, with shared-link reviews and reporting on paid plans. An ongoing Free workspace supports one user, two social profiles and 15 scheduled posts per month. Basic and Pro include unlimited users and posts.
HeyOrca lets an agency use different workspace plans in the same account. A client needing frequent reporting can use Pro, while a lighter account can remain on Free or Basic. That is useful for a mixed client roster whose work is not uniform.
External stakeholders approve, reject or comment through a shareable link without logging in. Team members can therefore prepare the calendar while a client reviews only the content made visible to them. Paid plans include unlimited users, so bringing another reviewer into the process does not create the same decision as adding another client workspace.
| Workspace plan | Monthly price for one to four calendars | Profiles | Users and posts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | USD 0 | 2 | One user; 15 scheduled posts per month |
| Basic | USD 59 per workspace | 10 | Unlimited users and posts |
| Pro | USD 149 per workspace | 10 | Unlimited users and posts |
Free excludes approvals and shareable review links. Reporting, listening and the inbox can be added individually to Basic; Pro includes the broader combination. Basic's monthly add-ons cost USD 59 for reporting, USD 39 for the inbox and USD 39 for listening. Extra accounts on paid workspaces cost USD 10 each per month. Annual billing and larger calendar counts have discounts.
Create the account with your personal and company details, set up the first workspace and choose its channels. The setup email lets you establish your password. New Free accounts receive a 14-day Pro evaluation without a card, then return to Free unless upgraded.
