What it does
Hiddify supplies cross-platform access clients and HiddifyManager for running and sharing a self-hosted VPN or proxy service.
Hiddify separates the client from the server-management job. The app connects to a HiddifyManager deployment or another compatible panel, while the manager sets up the server and shares access with users. The documented protocol range includes WireGuard as well as proxy transports, so it is important to know which configuration you were given. For a self-hosted deployment, begin with the manager's server requirements and distribution of access details rather than assuming the app includes a provider subscription.
Hiddify's client and Manager do not share identical licence terms. The current client file calls itself an extended GPLv3 and adds conditions including noncommercial use without prior written consent, attribution, release-process and naming/interface restrictions. Manager's licence file contains GPLv3. Check the component you intend to reuse or distribute rather than applying one product-family label. The app is offered without a fee; server hosting and access still come from elsewhere.
