What it does
Hightail combines large-file sharing, recipient notifications and delivery tracking with creative-review and project workflows.
Upload creative files or import them from a supported cloud drive, then share a delivery link or organize the work in a Space for feedback. Recipients can normally access files without an account, but selecting Verify recipient identity requires them to sign in with the addressed email, creating a free account if needed. Paid sending controls include access codes, expiry, download prevention and receipts. Lite is free with a 100 MB file limit, 2 GB storage and seven-day sends; Pro raises the file limit to 25 GB. Larger team plans and collaboration features have separate allowances.
