What it does
HikaShop supplies catalog, checkout and order management within Joomla or WordPress. Its permanent free Starter edition sits alongside paid Essential and Business editions, with the connector API and mobile app included in Business.
After a stock take, send the counted quantity to HikaShop's stock endpoint. It replaces the stored amount. For products with variants, update each variant; the parent request is rejected. Check the returned quantity to confirm the change.
Business users connect a device through System > App Devices. Generate a pairing code and exchange it for a token within five minutes. Device read/write scope and the operator's permissions both apply. Delete the device to revoke its tokens.

Store administration requires a CMS login. On Joomla, the product area is under Components > HikaShop > Products. Hosting is separate. HikaShop's licence agreement applies GPLv3 to its products.
