What it does
hireEZ connects candidate sourcing, follow-up, screening and scheduling with an existing applicant tracking system. Recruiters can give its EZ Agent an assignment, review the returned candidates and messages, and approve the next actions.
Give EZ Agent the role, priorities and limits for the assignment. It uses that brief and available job context to return candidate options, outreach drafts and interview plans. Compare proposed prospects with previous applicants already in the database, and review messages before approving actions.
Solo access is sold monthly and includes a seven-day trial. Enterprise quotes account for the functions being consolidated as well as seats. The vendor offers a four-week evaluation with working sessions on the team's own recruitment tasks before an enterprise agreement. Include the required data connections and handoffs in that evaluation.
Licensed users accept an email invitation and create their account. If that invitation has expired, support needs to provide access again.
