What it does
Trakstar Hire is Mitratech's applicant tracking product for organizing openings, candidates, interviews and offers. Recruiters can narrow the candidate list by vacancy and stage, while the calendar brings interviews and tasks into agenda or grid views. Services and fees are agreed in an order form, and employees use registered or company-managed accounts.
Trakstar Hire gives recruiters separate views for openings, candidates and the calendar. In Candidates, choose an opening from the top bar, then a stage to narrow the list. Additional filters help find the applications to review, and opening a candidate displays the individual profile. A blue indicator marks new activity; a separate warning identifies a duplicate application.
The Calendar can switch between agenda and grid layouts for interviews and tasks. Super administrators can see the schedules of all users, which is useful when coordinating across hiring teams. The product also covers job posting and signed offers.
Pricing is arranged through an order form defining the purchased services and term. The Hire Requests feature, used for headcount approval forms, may require a different package: the support guide directs customers who do not see it to discuss pricing. Employees access the system through their registered credentials or the employer's configured company sign-on.
