What it does
Hirevue brings candidate engagement, screening interviews, assessments and video interviewing into one recruiting platform. Its offer includes voice-based AI screening and a live-interview copilot that captures notes and summaries in supported meeting tools.
Recorded and live interviews suit different stages of recruitment. Hirevue lets candidates answer preset questions on their own schedule or meet an interviewer live. Hiring teams can watch, rate and share recordings, with interview guides, standard rating scales and shared scorecards supporting a consistent set of job criteria.
For a professional vacancy, decide which competencies need follow-up before reading the generated summaries. The live-interview copilot joins Zoom or Teams meetings to capture notes and candidate insights. Keep the underlying response available so a discussion can return to the candidate's example.
Employer and candidate access
Candidate participation is free and does not require an app download. Employers arrange access commercially: Hirevue's published master agreement puts the selected services, subscription duration and fees in a service order. Ask for the package and implementation scope needed for your hiring process.
Employer users receive platform login credentials under the agreed service order. Include any connection to your applicant tracking system in the rollout plan.
