What it does
Hivebrite combines member directories with groups, forums, events, messaging and membership tools. Regional or interest groups can have their own leaders and admission rules within a larger network. Paid subscriptions include unlimited users but set separate limits for administrators and groups, and access is through individual accounts.
A national association does not need every regional discussion in the same feed. Hivebrite groups have their own members, forum, directory, events and news. An open group accepts members freely, a private group requires approval and a closed group admits people through an administrator. Hiding a group also removes it from discovery. Local administrators can receive permission to manage membership, content and campaigns.
The group directory can be filtered by category and tags. An alumni network could therefore offer regional chapters alongside professional-interest groups, with local leaders handling join requests while the central team manages the wider community. The number of these leaders and groups matters when choosing a subscription.

Core and Flex publish monthly equivalents for annual billing; Prime and Custom Fit are arranged after discovery. All packages list unlimited users. Branded mobile apps, multiple languages, mentoring and connectors are extensions. Administrators and members use account credentials, with single sign-on available where configured. Onboarding and subscription details are agreed through an order form.
