What it does
HomeZada is a digital home-management service covering belongings, maintenance, documents, projects and finances. It also provides routes for multiple properties and home-design ideas.
HomeZada addresses the scattered information that builds up around a home. An appliance, a maintenance task and a renovation document can all matter to the same property, so the service brings those records into one management system. Begin with a defined set of information, such as the major household equipment and its documents, then add the maintenance and project records that need to be connected. Multiple-property tools serve a broader use case than a single home's inventory. Its design and automated guidance functions are separate aids; keep the underlying records accurate before relying on any generated suggestion.
Essentials is free for inventory, property documents and contacts. Maintenance, remodel projects, finances and reports are in Premium; Deluxe covers up to three properties, with paid add-ons beyond that. Family members can be invited with separate logins. Paid subscriptions renew automatically, and the pricing FAQ says payments are not refunded.
