Hootsuite Academy's role is practical product training. Start with a program when you need an overview of the platform, or a focused course when one workflow is unfamiliar. The public page links academy access to a Hootsuite login or trial. That makes it most relevant when you are already evaluating or using the software.
Training is described as free and self-paced, with steps and time shown on programme cards. Continuing use of Hootsuite software has separate subscription terms.
