What it does
Hopper HQ combines a social calendar and Instagram grid planner with bulk preparation, analytics and automatic publishing. An account and payment card activate its 14-day trial. Continuing publishing needs a valid subscription, billed monthly or annually.
Use Hopper HQ's CSV template when a campaign already exists in a spreadsheet. Enter one post per row with its caption, hashtags and publication time, then import the file. Posts appear on the calendar for caption corrections, media changes and rescheduling before publication. Drag-and-drop uploads offer a visual alternative.
For a seasonal launch, group assets by theme and check the grid for gaps. Assign each post to the correct account when several Instagram accounts share an upload.
Grow includes one user account; Scale allows unlimited users. Choose capacity around connected social accounts and the people preparing content.
Cancel in Billing Settings before the trial ends to avoid a charge; access lasts through the trial. Cancelling a paid subscription leaves access until the paid period ends. Annual purchases do not receive partial refunds.
