What it does
JioHotstar offers Indian films, television and originals across languages, with market-specific international services.
JioHotstar's international rollout is worth distinguishing from an India-only subscription. Its UK, Canada and Singapore offer includes Indian films, original series and JioStar television programmes on mobile and connected televisions. The release also describes different early-access and reality-show features across those countries.
In MENA, JioHotstar is delivered within STARZPLAY's app and website. That partnership has its own plan structure, with the broader plan combining entertainment and STARZPLAY's sports offering. Compare the offer in your country instead of assuming an Indian plan or sports package travels unchanged.
Watch out for
- International delivery, early access and bundled sports differ by market and partner.
