What it does
HR Cloud brings employee records, onboarding and related HR processes together. Checklists assign work from employment events, profile changes or dates. A timeline preview helps administrators check the order of tasks before use.
Build a checklist from its schedule, tasks and assignment rules. A trigger can be a hire, location change or fixed date; select no trigger for manual assignment. Add tasks from the active library or create them, then target employees through profile criteria such as department and position.
Open the checklist's Timeline Preview and enter a sample trigger date to see relative due dates. For example, check that equipment preparation falls before the employee's first day.
Prehire records require an explicit hiring action. In the person's People profile, choose Actions, then Initiate Hire. Check the job details and save to activate the employee and trigger applicable Onboard checklists.

The annual license is quoted by headcount band, plan and add-ons. Setup, configuration, data import and training are included; some third-party integrations cost extra. Evaluation starts with a personalized demo. Staff use their HR Cloud account email and password, with phone login available after the account team enables it.
