What it does

HRlab combines personnel records, payroll preparation, recruitment and employee development. Contract changes, transfers or absences can trigger assigned tasks. Core subscriptions require at least thirty user licenses.

Set the employee event that starts a workflow, then assign tasks, deadlines and owners. An onboarding process might send equipment preparation to technical staff and a later feedback meeting to the manager. Owners update their task status, which advances the workflow. In the task overview, filter for personal work, departmental assignments or a workflow team; manually assigned tasks appear there too.

Core plans and optional modules

Product Scope
Core Personnel records, workflows, reporting and payroll-system connections
Core Premium Adds pay groups, reference letters, position budgets and advanced data tools
Recruitment Applications, careers page and job-board distribution
Talent Management Feedback, goals and development
Time & Absence Time records and leave
Time & Absence Premium Adds scheduling and overtime-pay functions

Both core plans require thirty licenses, billed monthly or annually before VAT. The trial needs no payment details and will not renew automatically; confirm its duration when registering.

The employer creates an account and nominates administrators. Employee profiles are then issued invitations to accept; access uses registered credentials.

Strengths

  • Employee events can start reusable tasks with named responsibilities
  • The task overview separates personal, department and workflow-team assignments

  • Both core plans require at least thirty user licenses
