What it does
HRnest manages employee absences, time records and HR information. Absence types define eligibility and limit behavior, while individual profiles hold dated employee allowances.
Configure an absence type in Configuration → Absences → Request types. Choose eligible contract groups and individual, uniform or unrestricted limits. A uniform limit gives each eligible user the same allowance; it is not one shared team balance. Some predefined types have locked settings.
For a personal allowance, open Organization → the employee → Absences. Use the request type's action menu and Add limit, then supply its year, effective date and value. Enter the amount already adjusted for the employee's working fraction.
Additional HR accounts can manage records and configuration, but cannot create more HR accounts or permanently delete employees and supervisors.

The trial lasts fourteen days without card details. Employees and administrators use registered accounts, with password or supported company sign-in options.
