What it does

HROne connects employee records, attendance, payroll and workforce processes. Its helpdesk routes questions to named departments or people and keeps the discussion in a ticket. Helpdesk is included in the Enterprise package.

An equipment problem and a missing payslip need different owners. Set ticket policies, working hours and assignment rules for the relevant department or person. Priority can determine the ticket holders, including more than one resolver. Define escalation for requests that exceed their resolution deadline. Employees and resolvers discuss the issue inside the ticket; employees can reopen an unsatisfactory resolution and rate it after closure. Ageing, open counts and tags show where requests accumulate.

Plan scope

Plan Included scope
Basic Core HR, attendance, payroll, mobile access and reports
Professional Adds confirmation, transfers, separations and policy acknowledgements
Enterprise Adds recruiting, performance, engagement, expenses, assets and Helpdesk

Basic and Professional use a fifty-user base plus additional-user charges. Enterprise is quoted, and a separate startup offer serves smaller teams. Billing begins at go-live. Cancellation requires two months' notice; enterprise implementation may cost extra.

Employees need an active HROne account. Organizations using its TeamsBot must also ask HR to enable that service before submitting helpdesk requests through Microsoft Teams.
